When you register and purchase online or by telephone from In-Vogue Hair Extensions you agree to comply with and are bound by the terms and conditions below.
If you do not agree with our T & C’s please refrain from using the website.
All of our goods/products/Remy hair Extensions are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose. All products sold by In-Vogue Hair Extensions are intended for use only by trained hair extension technicians. We do not advise the use of any of our products by anyone without a professional hair extension qualification & suitable liability insurance.
Hair extensions are a natural product and issues can occur from time to time, however if the correct steps are followed (ie. aftercare etc) and the hair is deemed faulty after testing by us. We will offer replacement hair in this instance but will not offer any form of refund for products or fitting charges incurred.
All offers on the website are subject to stock availability and In-Vogue Hair Extensions reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
We take great care to show correct descriptions and specifications for all our products and these descriptions and specifications, whilst given as a guide and in good faith, are subject to alteration by us without notice.
Stock is allocated on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis once your order reaches our main server and we do not guarantee the availability of any item.
We reserve the right to decline, reject or similarly cancel any order or part order without notice and refund any payment in full.
All prices are correct at time of publication, In-Vogue Hair Extensions reserve the right to change, alter or amend any price at any time without notice.
Should a product price decrease since an original purchase, contractually we are not obligated to refund the difference. Similarly, should an increase occur prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.
All goods remain the property of In-Vogue Hair Extensions until paid for in full.
Dispatch & Orders
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be held responsible.
Certain postcode areas of the UK may be excluded from Special Delivery services such as guaranteed by 9am. This can only be established at the time of dispatch. In these circumstances In-Vogue Hair Extensions will dispatch you package using the next fastest delivery option, and will refund any additional postage already paid.
It is the customers responsibility to choose the postage service that offers the correct level of compensation for the value of their order.
No compensation for loss of income will be provided for any orders that are delivered late due to Royal Mail or In-Vogue Hair Extensions error.
We welcome overseas orders. We will not process orders or despatch goods to countries where we are prohibited from doing so by law. Please note, due to current aviation regulations regarding flamable products we are unable to ship removal solution overseas as it can result in your parcel being detained in customs for a considerable amount of time
Refunds, Returns & Faults
We completely understand that choosing the correct colour from a computer screen cannot always be easy. Therefore, we recommend you buy a colour ring or samples before placing your order so you can see the true colour of our extensions. However, we will happily exchange your item if it’s not the correct colour, so long as it is as new and returned in the original packaging.
We DO NOT accept any responsibility for goods not returned to us. In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days following receipt of the item(s), as long as all goods are returned unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale, postage costs will not be refunded for this – return postage costs are sole responsibility of the buyer.
If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us by recorded letter and within 1 month of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. We require any faulty hair back in full for testing and examination. We advise that all returns be posted by recorded or special delivery, this ensures the return of the hair and prevents disputes.
Hair must be received by us within 7 days of the reported date before any further damage can occur. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer due to poor application or aftercare, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.
Return postage costs for all returned items, regardless of circumstance, must be met in full by the customer. If an item is being returned for an exchange, the return postage costs and the postage costs to send out the new exchanged item must be met by the buyer.
If a refund is required this will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the goods.
In the unlikely event you have a problem with one of our products, or our services, for example;

Due to the lack of control we have over application and operation procedures for the use of glue, glue guns and other application products, our manufacturers and In-Vogue Hair Extensions cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury caused to third parties.
The purchaser must determine if the glue, glue gun and colours are suitable for their particular requirements prior to application, and that all products are to be used for professional use only.
Any colouring of In-Vogue Hair Extensions is done entirely at the risk of the individual concerned. Results may not always be as expected, and any hair extensions that have been coloured or had their original colour altered in any way will not be accepted for return or refund.
Similarly, any product that has the potential to alter the tone/colour of hair extensions (i.e purple/silver shampoo) are again used entirely at the customers own risk.

Orders and Contract Information
When purchasing online from us your order is accepted and a contract is formed between In-Vogue Hair Extensions and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before.
A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by In-Vogue Hair Extensions, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from In-Vogue Hair Extensions acknowledging receipt of your order, the contract does not come in to force until the goods are despatched as the order may not be accepted by us or may be cancelled/amended by you.
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods.
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
